Working with Matt

Professionally I am an integrative counsellor and grief support worker. I am a teacher, a leader, a mentor, a consultant with over twenty years of experience in Schools and Educational settings.

Personally I am a Son, a Husband, a Father (I prefer Dad), an Uncle. I am a friend, a colleague, a team mate, a neighbour, I am Matt, I'm always Matt.

Having taken my own courageous steps into talking therapy many years ago, I have applied my own counselling philosophy both personally and professionally for much of my adult life. I am a true graduate of my own profession.

Equipped with the tools essential to an honest and genuine existence I continue to lead a life that has seen much change; wonderful, invigorating, authentic change.

I live clearly, honestly, genuinely and authentically. It has been my promise to myself and to all I have the pleasure to meet. I call it ‘clear living’. It is now the only way I know how to live.
